About Natan

Natan brings a caring, client-centred, and evidence-based approach to every patient he sees. He believes strongly in shared decision-making, ensuring each person feels informed, empowered, and supported throughout their rehabilitation.

With extensive training in tendon rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, Natan has developed a deep passion and specialty in managing lower limb tendinopathies in particular, the Achilles, tibialis posterior, peroneal’s and plantar heel related pain. His approach blends contemporary tendon-loading principles with practical strength and conditioning strategies to create clear, progressive, and effective treatment plans with the support of best evidence.

Natan’s clinical interests focus on:

  • Lower-limb musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation
  • Comprehensive tendon assessment and loading-based rehab
  • Strength and conditioning for performance enhancement and injury prevention
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Biomechanical and gait analysis, as well as running assessments
  • Orthotic therapy
  • Footwear prescription and load-management planning

Natan  thrives with complex or long-standing cases, using a biomechanical lens and an innovative, problem-solving mindset to help patients return to the activities they love.

Before entering podiatry, Natan spent years as a personal trainer, worked in strength and conditioning settings, and served in the military. This background gives him a unique ability to connect high-level athletic principles with everyday patient care. His experience in football (soccer), fitness, and human performance shapes the tailored, practical rehabilitation pathways he designs for each individual.

Outside the clinic, Natan loves staying active, being outdoors, following football, and enjoying good food.

Natan looks forward to working with you and helping you move with confidence.
